COUREUR Canoe Pack – Single

The Coureur Canoe Pack is also inspired by those who prefer the traditional portage packs and wanigan in the backcountry. The Coureur Canoe Pack is a medium volume pack (52L) that is a rectangular box shaped packhorizontally oriented and shaped to sit low in the canoe. On the portage this pack is often carried with just a tumpline or slung up to ride on top of another pack or a wanigan. This updated version of a classic boasts hard wearing 1000 Denier Nylon, and 2-inch webbing that runs down both sides and along the bottom of the pack to secure the load to a tumpline. Quick release closure buckles on a lid that closes over an expandable drawstring attic to keep your gear contained. Also, under the lid are 2 yellow compression straps. The foam back pad is a welcome nod to comfort along with the functionality of 3 grab handles to get this pack in and out of the canoe. Two daisy chain strips along the lid and back give additional lash points. The Coureur Canoe Pack is flexible and can be combined with other components (sold separately) like the Tumpline or Super Tump, the Modular Shoulder Straps or connected to a second (or third?) Coureur Canoe Pack to match your portaging style best.

COUREUR 2-Part Canoe Pack

The Coureur 2-Part Canoe Pack (104L) has two rectangular box shaped sections (52L each) that connect together by quick release buckles for portaging and then separate again just as fast. This pack is a great solution for solo paddlers who want to split their load to balance the canoe. This pack includes modular shoulder straps that can also be quickly attached when its time to portage. This pack has hard wearing 1000 Denier Nylon, and 2-inch webbing that runs down both sides and along the bottom of the pack to secure the load if carrying with a tumpline. Each section of the pack has quick release closure buckles on a lid that closes over an expandable drawstring attic to keep your gear contained. Also, under the lid are 2 yellow compression straps. The foam back pad adds comfort along with the functionality of 3 grab handles on both sections (6 in total) to get this pack in and out of the canoe or around camp. A daisy chain strip along the lid gives additional lash points. The Coureur 2-Part Canoe Pack comes with the Modular Shoulder Straps. Add the optional Tumpline or Super Tump for whatever suites your portaging style best.
